These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, platforms, digital properties, content, communications, and services made available by Renna World and its affiliated brands that link to these Terms, including rennaworld.com and related Renna brand sites (collectively, the “Services”).

In these Terms, “Renna World,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Renna World and, where applicable, its subsidiaries, affiliates, portfolio brands, successors, and assigns. “You” and “your” refer to any user, visitor, customer, account holder, partner, or other person accessing or using the Services.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

1. Scope of Services

Renna World is a holding company and brand platform for a family of rental, access, marketplace, and service-oriented businesses. The Services may include information about Renna World and affiliated brands, account access, digital tools, communications, listings, reservations, requests, transactions, booking flows, support features, promotional materials, and category-specific experiences.

Some Renna brands may operate their own websites, platforms, policies, additional terms, rental agreements, booking terms, listing rules, or service-specific conditions. Where a brand provides supplemental terms, those terms will apply in addition to these Terms. If there is a conflict, the brand-specific terms will control for that brand or service.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you:

• are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;

• are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or otherwise have valid legal authorization;

• are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law;

• provide accurate and complete information when required.

Certain Renna brands or services may have additional eligibility requirements, including age thresholds, identity verification, licensing, insurance, payment authorization, geographic eligibility, or service-specific qualifications.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all applicable eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• provide current, accurate, and complete information;

• keep your information updated;

• maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;

• restrict access to your account and devices;

• notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you, unless otherwise required by law.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, create security risks, or are otherwise harmful to our Services or users.

4. Brand-Specific Services and Supplemental Terms

The Renna World ecosystem includes category-specific brands, which may include but are not limited to:

• rental commerce platforms;

• vehicle access services;

• room or stay booking services;

• wellness and equipment rental services;

• peer-to-peer or shared-access platforms;

• educational material access services;

• space booking or temporary-use services;

• gear, kit, and specialty rental services.

Certain services may require acceptance of additional agreements, including rental agreements, reservation rules, host or lister terms, vehicle terms, payment terms, safety policies, cancellation rules, community standards, insurance terms, and waiver or release language.

You agree that your use of a Renna brand may be subject to those additional terms and operational requirements.

5. Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Renna World grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for lawful, personal, informational, or authorized business purposes.

You may not use the Services in any way that:

• violates any law, regulation, or third-party right;

• harms, exploits, or defrauds another person or entity;

• interferes with the security, integrity, or operation of the Services;

• accesses data not intended for you;

• circumvents technical protections or access controls;

• copies, scrapes, harvests, or extracts content or data without authorization;

• uses bots, crawlers, scripts, or automation except as expressly permitted;

• misrepresents your identity, affiliation, or authority;

• uploads malicious code, viruses, or harmful material;

• uses the Services for unlawful resale, speculation, spam, harassment, or abusive conduct.

We may monitor, investigate, and take action against misuse of the Services.

6. Listings, Reservations, Rentals, and Transactions

Some Services may allow you to browse, request, reserve, book, rent, list, exchange, purchase, sell, or otherwise transact in connection with goods, services, properties, spaces, vehicles, educational materials, equipment, or access-based offerings.

All transactions are subject to availability, approval, operational constraints, applicable fees, and service-specific conditions. Nothing on the Services guarantees acceptance of a request, booking, reservation, listing, or rental.

We reserve the right to:

• refuse or cancel requests;

• limit quantities or durations;

• restrict geographic access;

• require verification or deposits;

• modify inventory, offerings, and pricing;

• remove or disable listings or service options;

• decline users or transactions that present legal, fraud, safety, reputational, or operational risk.

Where Renna World or an affiliated brand serves as a platform connecting users with each other or with third-party providers, Renna World may not be the owner, lessor, seller, host, operator, or insurer of the relevant item or service unless expressly stated.

7. Payments, Fees, Deposits, and Billing

If you make a purchase, booking, rental, subscription, or other paid transaction, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us and our payment service providers to charge all applicable amounts.

Applicable amounts may include:

• rental fees;

• booking charges;

• service fees;

• delivery or pickup fees;

• deposits;

• taxes;

• late fees;

• damage-related charges;

• renewal charges;

• cancellation or change fees;

• subscription or membership fees.

You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account or transaction. If a payment fails, we may suspend or cancel the applicable service and pursue collection to the extent permitted by law.

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in [Insert Currency] and are non-refundable except as required by law or under an applicable cancellation policy.

8. Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds

Cancellation, modification, return, and refund rights may vary depending on the relevant brand, category, transaction type, timing, fulfillment status, and applicable law.

Brand-specific or service-specific cancellation policies may apply to:

• vehicle rentals;

• room or stay reservations;

• shared-access bookings;

• equipment or gear rentals;

• kit rentals;

• subscriptions or memberships;

• event or space reservations;

• marketplace purchases or exchanges.

If no separate policy applies, we may determine cancellations and refunds in our discretion, subject to law and fairness considerations. We may withhold or reduce refunds where costs have been incurred, inventory has been reserved, time has been blocked, preparation has occurred, or policies have been violated.

9. User Content

You may be able to submit or post content through the Services, including reviews, comments, listings, photos, profile information, messages, descriptions, availability, ratings, feedback, inquiries, and other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant Renna World and its affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and use that User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, market, and provide the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• you own or control the rights necessary to submit the User Content;

• the User Content is accurate and not misleading;

• the User Content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights;

• the User Content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, harmful, or deceptive material.

We may remove, edit, restrict, or refuse User Content at any time.

10. Marketplace and Peer-to-Peer Features

Certain Renna brands may enable peer-to-peer rentals, shared-access listings, exchanges, host or lister activity, or other marketplace functions. In those cases, Renna World or the relevant brand may act only as a technology provider, intermediary, facilitator, or payment coordinator unless expressly stated otherwise.

If you participate in a marketplace or peer-driven service, you acknowledge that:

• other users may act independently and are not under our control;

• we do not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, condition, availability, or suitability of user-listed goods or services;

• we may, but are not obligated to, screen, verify, insure, monitor, or endorse users, listings, or transactions;

• disputes between users may be handled through internal processes, but we are not obligated to resolve all disputes;

• user-to-user interactions involve risk.

You assume the risks associated with interacting with other users and third parties.

11. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, site design, branding, text, graphics, logos, trade names, trademarks, service marks, images, videos, interfaces, features, and content provided by Renna World or its licensors, are owned by or licensed to Renna World and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.

Except for the limited use rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you. You may not:

• copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or publicly display our content except as permitted;

• modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Services;

• use our names, logos, or branding without prior written permission;

• remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

“Renna World,” the Renna brand names, logos, slogans, and related marks are the property of Renna World or its affiliates.

12. Acceptable Conduct and Community Standards

You agree to interact with the Services, our staff, our partners, and other users respectfully and lawfully.

You may not:

• harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate anyone;

• discriminate against others;

• post false, fraudulent, or deceptive content;

• manipulate ratings, reviews, or platform activity;

• evade bans, enforcement, or account restrictions;

• use the Services for illegal, dangerous, or unauthorized activity;

• damage, misuse, fail to return, or improperly handle rented or shared items;

• use rented items or spaces for prohibited activities;

• violate safety instructions or operational rules.

We may take enforcement action including warnings, content removal, suspensions, transaction cancellation, account termination, fee recovery, legal referrals, and reporting to authorities.

13. Safety and Service-Specific Responsibilities

Certain services involve physical goods, vehicles, properties, fitness equipment, tools, gear, spaces, or shared items. You agree to use all products and services responsibly, lawfully, and only for their intended purpose.

You are solely responsible for:

• reading and following all instructions, warnings, and operational requirements;

• ensuring you have the skill, training, legal authorization, and physical capacity necessary for use;

• inspecting items, spaces, or vehicles before use;

• stopping use if an item appears unsafe, defective, or unsuitable;

• supervising minors and other users in your care;

• complying with all safety, driving, occupancy, property, and equipment rules.

Additional waivers, releases, safety agreements, insurance requirements, and liability allocations may apply to specific categories.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may include links to third-party websites, products, software, booking systems, mapping tools, payment processors, verification systems, communications platforms, and other services.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable brand-specific privacy notices. By using the Services, you acknowledge that we may collect, use, and share information as described in those policies.

16. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, comments, recommendations, or ideas regarding the Services (“Feedback”), you grant Renna World a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use and exploit that Feedback for any lawful purpose without restriction or compensation to you.

17. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

RENNA WORLD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, OR SYSTEM INTEGRATION.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, RENNA WORLD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE;

• CONTENT OR LISTINGS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT;

• ANY PRODUCT, VEHICLE, SPACE, ROOM, GEAR, BOOK, KIT, EQUIPMENT, OR SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS;

• DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED;

• THE SERVICES OR SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS;

• ANY USER, HOST, PROVIDER, LISTER, OR THIRD PARTY WILL PERFORM AS EXPECTED.

TO THE EXTENT A SERVICE INVOLVES THIRD-PARTY OR USER-PROVIDED ITEMS OR EXPERIENCES, THOSE ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY BY RENNA WORLD UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED OTHERWISE.

18. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENNA WORLD AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, PARTNERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, USE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICES;

• ANY TRANSACTION, RESERVATION, RENTAL, BOOKING, LISTING, OR USER INTERACTION;

• ANY DAMAGE TO, LOSS OF, OR DEFECT IN ANY ITEM, VEHICLE, SPACE, ROOM, GEAR, OR EQUIPMENT;

• PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER HARM;

• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA;

• THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, SERVICES, OR CONDUCT;

• VIRUSES, SYSTEM FAILURES, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS;

• ANY OTHER MATTER RELATED TO THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF RENNA WORLD FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

1. THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RENNA WORLD OR THE APPLICABLE RENNA BRAND FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT, OR

2. ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Renna World and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, partners, and service providers from and against any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

• your use of the Services;

• your violation of these Terms;

• your User Content;

• your violation of law or third-party rights;

• your misuse of any rented, shared, listed, or booked item or service;

• your conduct toward any user, provider, partner, or third party.

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate.

20. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if:

• you violate these Terms or any applicable policy;

• we suspect fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, or security risks;

• we are required to do so by law;

• your use may harm Renna World, our users, or our partners;

• we discontinue a service or brand feature.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued before termination, including payment obligations, return duties, indemnity obligations, or restrictions that by nature survive termination.

21. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable law.

If you access the Services from outside that jurisdiction, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

22. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It may affect your legal rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Renna World agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the other party and engaging in good-faith discussions for at least thirty (30) days before commencing formal action.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if eligible.

Unless otherwise required by law:

• arbitration shall be conducted by [Insert Arbitration Provider] under its applicable rules;

• arbitration shall take place in [Insert City, State], unless remote proceedings are mutually agreed;

• the arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve disputes relating to the interpretation, enforceability, and scope of this arbitration provision;

• arbitration shall proceed on an individual basis only.

Class Action Waiver:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Renna World waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding. Claims must be brought individually.

If a court determines that the class action waiver is unenforceable as to a particular claim, then that claim shall proceed in court and the remaining claims shall remain subject to arbitration to the extent allowed.

You may wish to include a limited opt-out right if your counsel recommends it.

23. Force Majeure

Renna World shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, weather events, natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, supply shortages, transportation disruptions, pandemics, utility failures, internet outages, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental actions, and third-party service failures.

24. Electronic Communications

By using the Services, creating an account, or submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email, in-app message, SMS where applicable, and website notices, for transactional, operational, security, legal, and promotional purposes, subject to your communication preferences and applicable law.

You agree that electronic communications may satisfy legal communication requirements where permitted by law.

25. Export and Sanctions Compliance

You may not use the Services in violation of export control, sanctions, or trade laws. You represent that you are not located in, organized in, or ordinarily resident in a restricted jurisdiction, and are not subject to sanctions or restrictions that would prohibit your use of the Services.

26. Changes to the Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of the Services at any time without liability, including features, categories, brands, offerings, pricing structures, inventory access, and geographic availability.

We are not obligated to maintain any particular feature, offering, or brand indefinitely.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and may provide additional notice where required by law.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

29. No Waiver

Failure by Renna World to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

30. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. Renna World may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time, including in connection with a corporate reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable supplemental terms, rental agreements, reservation terms, brand-specific conditions, policies, and incorporated notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and Renna World regarding the Services and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings relating to the subject matter.
